A week for you. A week for the future of your company. A week for the positive change in your effectiveness. You will meet your coach and mentor on the shore of the Black Sea, with whom you will discuss your concerns, self-concept, leadership and actively shaping your leadership role for 4 hours a day. A week to create space for growth and strength, a week to gain focus, strategies and the concrete tools for their implementation.

After a 1.5-hour free video meeting with your mentor and coach, you decide on your focus week. You arrive, the city of Burgas is easy to reach by plane, and meet your coach on the first morning of your week.

After an intensive, four-hour exchange, you have the opportunity to let what was discussed sink in and to continue to think about questions that were given to you from the morning session.

 

The townBurgas offers you opportunities for strolling, shopping, strolling, has culture and charm and beaches. Since the intensive program will demand a lot from you, you are cordially invited to relax and enjoy yourself despite the thought tasks you have been given, perhaps to spend the afternoon with accompanying partners or family.

 

After the 5 days you will be strengthened and full of energy to start your way home or organize your own days as a holiday on site.

 

You are responsible for organizing and paying for travel and accommodation, and we can help you with this if you wish. We provide you with the organization of the work on site.
